Independent Property Services (IPS) is Phnom Penh’s leading western owned and managed Property Consultancy firm. Our focus is sourcing the best available Phnom Penh commercial and residential properties for our expatriate clients and at no cost to you – income is generated through commissions from the landlords.
At IPS we only show you properties that fit your requirements including your budget. All properties are vetted by a Westerner – if we wouldn’t live there we won’t show it to you. Our website aims to provide as much information as possible for each property, we take photos of the good points and the bad so you know exactly what the property is about. A photo of the front gate just doesn’t do a place justice!
When you find your home with IPS we negotiate with the landlord to get the best possible price, lease conditions and deposit requirements. We check the lease and explain how each article may affect you. We have our own in-house translators who ensures both the landlord and the client fully understand the arrangement. If you have any issues once you have moved in just give us a call and we will sort it out for you.
Our aim is to match the best available properties with your requirements and if we don’t have it, we’ll find it for you.
